Can you think of ways this Human Performance Podcast can help you?
I've considered many ideas, names, logos and formats for this blog and the upcoming supporting podcast in the past few months with many other items still to be discussed and decided on before putting a product for you to listen to out there. It seems as though each step on this path requires an extra piece of knowledge to gain. I will state that getting a blog up and running fairly quickly isn't that difficult, but making it look exactly like you want it to and making sure all the little fine items are tweaked and working just right, does take some time and a bit of know-how. I am not automatically empowered with the knowledge to jump into WordPress, click a few buttons and then be off to the races. If I have leaned anything so far in this process is that the more you try to simplify something for a user, the more work goes on the front end.
Who da man? You da man!
I am so grateful to have an IT Technician, Chris M., on the Human Performance Tool Team who has been helping with some technical issues and getting things working right. Without his direct support this effort would be filled with more frustration and a lot less fun.

When you email me and tell me you want to be on the show, I will send you a list of interview questions relating to how you prevent an error from becoming something worse where you work.
